Fire trucks and ambulances rush to King Fahd base and explosions are roaring in more Saudi cities

Saudi Arabia summoned fire trucks and ambulances on Thursday to one of its largest air bases in the southwest of the country.
This coincides with a wide-scale Yemeni bombardment that hit the base and other targets.

Saudi platforms confirmed seeing fire trucks accompanied by ambulances entering King Fahd Air Base in Taif.
The base had been subjected earlier today to an aerial attack, according to the confirmation of the coalition spokesman, Turki Al-Maliki.
The base is one of several targets hit by Yemeni missiles and drones during the past minutes as a new operation began deep inside Saudi Arabia.
The scope of explosions also expanded to include Khamis Mushait, Jizan, and Najran, hours after explosions echoed in Yanbu, Tabuk, Taif, and Jeddah.
The operation, as it appears, is the widest although it is still in its first minutes, and indicates that it is very powerful, especially since summoning fire trucks and ambulances to the fortified King Fahd Base is the first of its kind since the start of Yemeni operations in the Saudi depth during the past weeks.
