Lebanon Israel bombs areas in the south with phosphorus shells

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli occupation army shelled areas in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon with phosphorus shells, in addition to carrying out widespread bombings in southern towns.

Last night, artillery shelled the outskirts of Doha Kfar Remman, the vicinity of Tell al-Dabsha, and the Ali al-Taher forest with concentrated fire until dawn, using phosphorus shells.

On Friday, the Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health announced in a statement that “the cumulative total of the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, from October 8, 2023, to August 21, 2026, is as follows: 8,915 martyrs and 30,543 wounded.”
