Israel escalates its bombing of southern Lebanon

Today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces renewed their raids on southern Lebanon. And local media said that the raid targeted the town of Al-Mansoori, while Israeli media claimed that the Israeli army had targeted a Hezbollah operational apartment in the town. The raid came at a time when the Lebanese army announced that the continuous Israeli attacks impeded the completion of its deployment in the south of the country and the return of the residents to their towns. The Lebanese army said in a statement that the Israeli forces blew up the public school, the clinic, a nursery, and several houses in the town, in addition to the municipality building, which had been detonated earlier. The army accused Israel of continuing to target southern villages and towns, stressing that these attacks impede the implementation of its missions and the completion of its deployment, despite the continuation of its units in the area.
