The death toll from the Israeli genocide in Gaza has risen

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli offensive since October 2023 has risen to 72,302, with 172,090 wounded, including 7 killed and 17 wounded in the past 24 hours.

This came in a statement issued by the ministry, which said that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received “7 new martyrs and 17 wounded” in the past 24 hours.

The ministry did not specify the circumstances of the new casualties, but the Israeli army commits daily violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10, 2023, through shelling and gunfire, resulting in casualties.

In this regard, the ministry stated that the total number of victims of Israeli violations of the agreement since October 11, 2023, has reached approximately “723 martyrs and 1,990 wounded.”

The ministry said that the number of Palestinian victims since the beginning of the Israeli genocide on October 8, 2023, has risen to “72,302 martyrs and 12,090 wounded”.
