Oil rises in the global market amid anticipation of the depletion of Saudi exports and diesel records its highest price in America

Fuel prices resumed their rise globally on Monday amid escalating confrontations in the Middle East.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Brent crude prices recorded record levels in today’s trading, the first since the start of the war on Iran at the end of last February.
The price per barrel reached $109.
Although oil prices have witnessed fluctuations over the past months, the new price movement comes linked to numerous developments in the Middle East, specifically the Gulf, where the largest producers are located.
Global markets are anticipating the depletion of Saudi oil stockpiles, which Reuters estimated at between 4-7 days.
Saudi Arabia has been unable to resume pumping oil through the East-West pipeline, which connects its ports and fields in the east with export ports on the Red Sea.
Saudi exports are expected to halt completely by the end of the week, especially with its failure to restore the operation of the oil flow line that was subjected to a powerful strike two days ago in Medina.
The halt of Saudi exports would exacerbate the global oil situation, which is already turbulent with the suspension of transit through the Strait of Hormuz.
The repercussions of the crisis were not limited to gasoline but extended to diesel, where the US recorded the highest rate of increase, with the price per gallon reaching more than $6.50.
The timing of the energy crisis increases the burden on the ruling party in the US, especially with the legislative elections approaching.
