Widespread Collapses in the Ranks of Saudi Forces on the Naqil Al Koura and Jabal Ghubari Fronts in Western Taiz

A field source revealed a state of collapse in the ranks of Saudi-loyal forces and their flight from their positions on several combat axes on the western Taiz fronts.

According to the source, Sana’a forces have taken control of Naqil Al-Koura, the link between the Al-Kadaha area and the road to the city of Al-Mokha, after violent confrontations with Tareq Saleh’s forces from Sunday morning until evening, ending with the collapse of the latter’s elements and their flight from their positions.
The source indicated that amid the accelerating collapses, the confrontations moved to Jabal Ghubari and the Al-Aqma area in the Al-Waziyah district, which witnessed similar collapses in the ranks of Saudi-loyal forces.
Jabal Ghubari in the Al-Waziyah district is an important strategic location as it overlooks the triangle area near the district center.
In the same context, Mut’eb Al-Jabali, the Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Fifth Military Region for Saudi-loyal forces, confirmed a setback and collapse of Tareq Saleh’s forces on the Jabal Ghubari and Al-Kadaha fronts.
Al-Jabali said in a post on Facebook that “the Fourth Republican Guard Brigade is withdrawing behind the Al-Kadaha market, after the militias outflanked their positions in Jabal Ghubari and its surroundings,” indicating that “the Al-Mokha (Al-Kadaha)-Taiz road has been cut again.”
Al-Jabali noted that the Giants’ forces have been assigned to take over the confrontation sector on that front after the elements of Tareq’s forces fled their positions.
Sources had spoken of Sana’a forces downing a military brigade of Tareq Saleh’s forces on the Barh front in Maqbanah and capturing more than 300 of its members, amid a state of collapse for the Saudi-loyal forces on various combat axes.
