This criminal strategy has recently manifested in the raids and bombardment that hit the neighborhoods and civilian objects in Sana’a Governorate, which resulted in the direct targeting of female students in schools and the fall of martyrs and wounded among them, in addition to the aerial bombardment that targeted the vicinity of Al-Sabeen Hospital for Maternity and Childhood in the capital Sana’a and residential areas and farms in Sa’ada and the capital’s countryside.
Rights organizations affirmed that the direct intentionality in targeting schools and depriving male and female students of their fundamental right to safe education, along with the disruption of specialized medical service for mothers and children, is not merely collateral damage, but is a systematic American-Saudi scheme aimed at exhausting society and destroying the present of its generations and their future.
These rights statements stressed that the continuation of this escalation, supported by an unjust and continuous siege, represents war crimes with clear features that will not be dropped by the statute of limitations, affirming that the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their institutions in the face of attempts at ignorance and subjugation is the decisive response to these crimes and violations.
