On the naval front, the commander of the Iranian navy, Shahram Irani, revealed a new development in the path of submarines.
According to Iranian media reports, Irani explained that the Iranian submarines are known as “Gulf Dolphins,” confirming that they carried out maneuvers during the war and have returned to their missions.
The parade of submarines signals the entry of a new weapon into the confrontations, especially as America attempts to pressure through a blockade. It is an indication of Iran’s ability to break it by force and carry out anticipated operations, particularly after statements by Iranian officials about the introduction of new weapons.
Irani’s statements came hours after statements by the commander of the Revolutionary Guard’s Aerospace Force, in which he revealed that Iranian missiles and drones are now locked onto enemy targets, awaiting launch orders.
These Iranian military moves come a day after Iran revealed a meeting between the Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei—for the first time since his appointment—and the commander of the Khatam Al-Anbiya Headquarters, who is tasked with coordinating between military units.
Iran’s Fars News Agency quoted its sources as saying that the Supreme Leader gave directives to the Iranian forces to continue operations, explaining that the commander of the Khatam Al-Anbiya Headquarters presented a report on the forces’ readiness.
These moves are a notable development in Iran’s path, confirming the full return of its administrative apparatus in managing political and military files after its enemies had hoped for internal division.
