Saudi Raids on the Outskirts of Al Mokha

Saudi Arabia continued its aggression on Yemen for the second consecutive week on Tuesday.
This coincides with a significant retreat of its factions in the south and west of Yemen.

Saudi fighter jets launched new raids in recent hours.
Local sources reported that the Al-Waziyah district, adjacent to Al-Mokha in southwestern Yemen, was subjected to a series of raids.
The district had witnessed, according to Islah-affiliated platforms, a new withdrawal of Tareq Saleh’s factions.
The sources confirmed the evacuation of the Fifth Brigade “National Resistance” from its positions on the outskirts of the district and its withdrawal to Al-Mokha.
The withdrawal came following the appointment of Abu Dhiyab Al-Alaqami, whose hometown is Al-Waziyah, as commander of the “Rapid Intervention” faction within Tareq’s forces. Al-Alaqami has been known for his hostility towards Tareq in recent years.
The raids on the outskirts of Al-Mokha confirm Saudi Arabia’s loss of another district on the Taiz coast.
