The human rights report documents the crimes of the Saudi American coalition against civilians in Yemen

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The “Intisaf” Organization for Women’s and Children’s Rights held a press conference in Sana’a today, during which it issued a human rights report documenting the most prominent crimes of the American aggression and siege and their tools against civilians in Yemen over 12 years.
The report revealed that more than 61,000 civilians have been killed or wounded since the beginning of the Saudi-American aggression until July 30, 2026, including 9,954 children and 6,005 women, a toll reflecting the scale of systematic targeting of civilians.
The report explained that cluster bombs and landmines have caused the martyrdom of 10,689 citizens, including 2,504 children and 1,102 women, while the number of displaced persons has exceeded 1.4 million people living in settlements lacking the most basic services. It also revealed an unemployment rate of 65%, a 300% increase in disability rates, and the forced labor of more than 1.4 million children due to the repercussions of the aggression and siege.
The Acting Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami, affirmed that “the United Nations’ selective handling of crimes committed in Yemen reveals a deep crisis in the credibility of the international human rights system.”
He indicated Yemen’s readiness to cooperate with human rights organizations to develop the capabilities of workers in monitoring, documentation, and investigation, and to convert them into legal files to be presented to the competent national and international judiciary.
