UN report more than 60 major companies support aggression on Gaza

A new report issued by the United Nations exposes more than 60 major companies for supporting settlements and the Israeli aggression on Gaza, while the UN expert, Francesca Albanese, called for holding these companies legally accountable, including giants in the arms and technology industry, and the accusations are linked to playing a direct or indirect role in supporting Israeli settlements and the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, which the report described as genocide against the Palestinian people.

The report was prepared by Albanese, an Italian human rights lawyer and Special Rapporteur on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, based on more than 200 communications from governments, human rights organizations and academics.

The report stated that the Israeli genocide continues because it is profitable for many, pointing to the link of financially listed companies to the “Israeli apartheid and militarization regime,” and called on Albanes to hold the executives of those companies accountable before international law, and to stop all forms of commercial cooperation with the Israeli occupation, and stressed that some of these companies provide Israel with weapons and equipment used in the destruction of Palestinian infrastructure, or participate in the systems of hypochondria.
