The Hebrew website “Bloomberg” published a report in which it highlighted the cost of the damage sustained by the occupation as a result of the missile escalation launched by the Islamic Republic of Iran during 12 days.
Follow ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The website specializing in economics reported that the occupation estimated the cost of the damage it incurred during its 12-day war with the Islamic Republic of Iran at 10 billion shekels, which is equivalent to $3 billion.
The site said that the calculations shared by the Ministry of Finance and the Occupation Tax Authority show the extent to which Iran was able to penetrate the Israeli defenses and achieve its hits accurately during about two weeks of intense missile bombardment.
The site quoted the Director General of the Occupation Tax Authority and the official responsible for paying compensation, “Shai Aharonovitch,” as saying, “This is the biggest challenge we have faced; there has never been such an amount of damage in the history of the occupation.”
The site indicated that these amounts do not include the cost of replacing the weapons and defense systems used in the campaign, which could push the total cost of the war to a much higher level when the assessments are completed.
Earlier, Hebrew media outlets pointed out that the cost of entering the war with the Islamic Republic of Iran could reach $12 billion.
