The Euro Mediterranean Observatory Targeting Israel of Gaza Hospitals is a War Crime and Dismantling of the Means of Life
The Euro-Mediterranean Observatory for Human Rights accused the “Israeli” forces of “dismantling the means of life” in the Gaza Strip by targeting the health infrastructure and taking hospitals out of service, describing it as the “destruction of the last refuge” for civilians.
Gaza – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Observatory confirmed in a statement that the bombing of the “European Gaza Hospital” shortly after the targeting of the “Nasser” medical complex comes within the framework of “manufacturing slow death” and pushing the Strip towards “complete collapse,” noting that the occupation forces prevent the rescue of victims by targeting civil defense teams.
The Observatory also described the occupation’s claims about the “military use” of hospitals as a “pre-prepared text” to justify what it described as “systematic killings and destruction,” considering that the continued attacks on health facilities constitute a “war crime and a crime against humanity.”
The statement called on the international community to assume its legal responsibilities and take immediate action to stop the “crime of genocide” in the Gaza Strip, warning of the repercussions of the continued deterioration of the humanitarian situation.
