Ansar Allah Leader The Marines departure from Sana a was a great victory and not achieved through bargains or concessions
The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, affirmed that the departure of US Marine forces from the capital, Sana’a, on February 11, 2015, represented “the end of their direct control over the country’s political and administrative center,” describing it as “a great victory from God.”
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Al-Houthi stated in his address, on the eleventh anniversary of the US forces’ departure from Sana’a, that “the American exploited his control over the country’s center to impose his policies and execute his conspiracies against the Yemeni people from the heart of their capital by subjugating senior officials in the authority.”
He added that “the American ambassador in Sana’a held the final word and decision-making power over all the country’s officials,” emphasizing that “the flight of the American Marines and the exit of the American gang of evil from Sana’a was truly a great victory from God, and it was not achieved through negotiations and concessions.”
Al-Houthi denied that this departure came “through bargains over the freedom and independence of the people,” but rather occurred “for their renaissance stemming from their faith identity and blessed revolution,” in reference to the September 21, 2014, revolution.
The Ansar Allah leader affirmed that “the despair of the American enemy from subjugating the Yemeni people from within the capital had the significant effect—by God’s grace and victory—of achieving this important outcome.”
