Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Israeli occupation has expressed despair over the possibility of lifting the siege imposed by Sana’a on the “Eilat” port.
The Zionist newspaper “Calcalist” reported that the occupation government agreed to temporarily transfer a number of workers from the “Eilat” port to the Ashdod port based on need, due to the continued closure of the port because of the Yemeni siege.
This move reflects an Israeli failure to end the tight ban imposed by Sana’a on Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait, and the Indian Ocean.
The siege imposed by Sana’a on Israeli navigation continues to strike at the economy of the Zionist entity.
The Zionist newspaper “Globes,” quoting the director of Willy Food, the largest importer of food products, stated that the attacks from Yemen have led to an increase in shipping prices, noting that “the closure of the Red Sea to ships has extended the sailing duration by 30 days.”
This comes amid Sana’a’s imposition of a tight blockade on Israeli ships and those linked to the occupation in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait, and the Indian Ocean, as part of its military support for Gaza.
