The Israeli army bombed the eastern regions of the Gaza Strip

The Israeli army shelled eastern areas of the central Gaza Strip on Wednesday, coinciding with demolition operations targeting the eastern part of Gaza City.

Sources in the Gaza Strip reported that the Israeli army shelled a wide area northeast of the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip with artillery fire.

The Israeli army also carried out demolition operations targeting what remained of Palestinian homes in the Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

In the same context, Israeli military vehicles fired heavily in the eastern areas of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to the Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip, Israel has committed 875 violations of the ceasefire agreement since it came into effect on October 11.

It explained that these violations resulted in the deaths of 411 Palestinians and injuries to 1,112 others.

It indicated that these violations included 265 incidents of direct gunfire against civilians, 49 incursions by military vehicles into residential areas, 421 bombings and attacks targeting unarmed civilians and their homes, and 150 incidents of demolition and destruction of homes, institutions, and civilian buildings.
