Iranian air defenses destroy an F 35 and American rescue helicopters flee under fire

Tehran – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps announced today the destruction of an advanced American F-35 fighter jet by a modern air defense system, in a qualitative operation reflecting the capability of Iranian defenses to confront the most advanced American warplanes.
The Revolutionary Guard said in a statement that the downed American aircraft over central Iran belonged to the “LAKEN-HEATH” squadron, indicating that it is the second intruder aircraft destroyed in Iranian skies within 12 hours.
For its part, the American website “Axios” reported the downing of an American fighter jet in Iran, confirming that search operations are underway for its crew.
The Iranian “Tasnim” News Agency revealed that one of the American helicopters that attempted to carry out a rescue mission was attacked by air defenses near the border, forcing it to flee.
It added that the remaining aircraft tried to complete the mission, but Iranian air defenses continued firing and forced them to flee.
This qualitative achievement comes as the Iranian Armed Forces continue their escalating operations within the battle of “The True Promise 4,” which has entered its second month, amid repeated Iranian affirmations that the country’s skies have become unsafe for enemy aircraft.
