Iran announces downing 82 drones since the start of the war

Tehran – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The spokesman for the Khatam Al-Anbiya Central Headquarters in Iran, Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaqari, announced on Saturday the destruction of 13 advanced drones during the past 24 hours, as part of the “True Promise 4” operations.
He explained that the downed drones were of the types “MQ-9,” “Hermes,” and “Orbiter” and were targeted by missile and artillery systems belonging to the Iranian army’s ground forces, air defense, and the Revolutionary Guard, under the command of the country’s Joint Air Defense Headquarters.
He indicated that the drone downings took place in the northwestern, western, and southern regions of the country, in addition to Isfahan, Kerman, and Tehran.
Lieutenant Colonel Zolfaqari added that the total number of drones downed by the air defense systems of the Iranian army and the Revolutionary Guard since the beginning of the American-Israeli aggression has reached 82 drones.
