Hezbollah downs 4 occupation drones and targets enemy vehicles in Al Qantara in response to truce violations

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced today, Wednesday, the downing of 4 reconnaissance drones belonging to the Israeli army in the town of Al-Mansouri, in response to “the occupation’s violation of Lebanese airspace.” It also targeted a command Hummer vehicle and a gathering of occupation soldiers in the town of Al-Qantara with pounce drones, achieving direct hits.

The Resistance affirmed, in separate statements, that these operations came in response to the Israeli enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and its targeting of the southern town of Al-Tayri, as well as in response to a raid carried out by an Israeli drone on the town of Yahmar Al-Shaqif. Prior to that, the Resistance had targeted a newly established artillery position of the enemy in the town of Al-Bayada with artillery shells, in response to the continued Israeli aggression on southern villages.
In a related field development, two martyrs fell in an Israeli aggression that targeted a vehicle in the town of Al-Tayri, while two journalist colleagues, Amaal Khalil and Zainab Faraj, were injured in a second raid launched by the occupation on the town.
Israeli forces prevented ambulances from reaching the location before the Red Cross managed to evacuate colleague Zainab, while search operations continue for colleague Amaal amid ongoing Zionist obstruction.
In the town of Yahmar Al-Shaqif, an occupation drone raid led to the martyrdom of two people and the injury of two others, according to what the Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed.
The Israeli occupation continues to violate the temporary ceasefire agreement, in effect since April 17 for a period of 10 days, by targeting several villages in southern Lebanon, especially border villages, while Israeli drones continue to breach Lebanese airspace.
