Hezbollah announces carrying out 17 attacks against the occupation army in Southern Lebanon
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, “Hezbollah,” announced the execution of 17 military operations against the Israeli occupation forces in southern Lebanon, in response to the occupation’s breaches of the ceasefire and its targeting of civilians and southern villages.
Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
In its “daily harvest” statement, the Resistance said that the operations included targeting gatherings of Israeli soldiers and vehicles with rockets and suicide drones, in addition to carrying out ambushes and direct clashes on several southern fronts.
The operations were distributed across the areas of Wadi Al-Ayun, Sirbin, Deir Siryan, Rashaf, Bint Jbeil, Al-Quzah, Ainata, Hadatha, Houla, Al-Khiyam, Al-Bayada, and Iskandarouna.
The Resistance explained that it targeted “Namera” military vehicles, “D9” bulldozers, and “Merkava” tanks, confirming direct hits in a number of operations.
The statement also spoke of an ambush carried out by Resistance fighters against an Israeli force attempting to advance from the town of Rashaf towards Hadatha, where explosive devices were detonated and the force was engaged using machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades.
The statement indicated that Israeli warplanes intervened to secure the towing of a destroyed vehicle, in addition to an attempt to send a remote-controlled booby-trapped vehicle towards the town of Hadatha before the Resistance managed to disable it and force the Israeli army to detonate it.
The Islamic Resistance affirmed that its operations come “in defense of Lebanon and its people” and within the framework of confronting the ongoing Israeli aggressions on southern villages.
