Gaza Health Ministry The number of martyrs exceeds 72 000

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Strip.

The Ministry reported that Gaza Strip hospitals received two martyrs and 25 wounded individuals in the past 24 hours, while a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.

The Ministry indicated that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 576, while the number of wounded has reached 1,543, in addition to 717 bodies recovered.

According to the cumulative statistics since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, the total number of martyrs has risen to 72,027, while the number of wounded has reached 171,651.
