Field bankruptcy Occupation s aggression on Sana a sparks widespread Arab anger
The Israeli aggression on the capital, Sana’a, on Thursday afternoon, sparked a wave of widespread Arab anger and condemnations across social media platforms, alongside calls for holding the occupation accountable internationally for its blatant violation of international humanitarian law.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The assault, described as “barbaric,” a “war crime,” and a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, targeted densely populated residential neighborhoods, resulting in 8 martyrs and 142 injured, according to a preliminary toll announced by the Ministry of Health in Sana’a.
In a related context, the Hebrew Channel 14 reported that occupation aircraft “flew for long minutes in Sana’a’s airspace under severe threat from Yemeni air defenses,” noting that missiles were launched towards the aircraft, forcing them to withdraw rapidly from the airspace.
In the context, Palestinian resistance factions issued statements of condemnation and denunciation, as the Fatah Al-Intifada movement considered that “the blatant Zionist aggression reflects the confusion of the Israeli security system,” affirming the occupation’s failure to curb Yemeni support for the Palestinian cause.
For its part, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine mourned the martyrs of the aggression, pointing out that “the aggression will not alter the course of the confrontation but rather exposes the occupation’s impotence in the face of Yemen’s qualitative responses,” confirming that war crimes are carried out with American political and military support.
Meanwhile, the Islamic Jihad movement described the attack as “barbaric aggression” and affirmed that “the mingling of the blood of the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples represents an honor and pride in confronting the occupation.”
Activists noted that this “barbaric” assault against the defenseless is a “savage” crime that demonstrates the occupation’s systematic crimes against civilians, while others described the assault as a “field and intelligence bankruptcy” for the occupation.
