Explosion in a Second Oil Tanker in the Strait of Hormuz

Hormuz — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Iranian television announced on Saturday an explosion in a second oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, which had turned off the operation of its tracking system while entering the strait.
The Iranian “Fars” agency reported that “sources reported hearing the sound of an explosion in the Strait of Hormuz, and the targeting of a commercial ship that was in the Omani lane.”
It noted that “the oil tanker Or Winston, which is subject to American escort, closed its tracking system upon entering the strait.”
Iran continues to impose its complete control over the Strait of Hormuz, affirming that no crossing of ships takes place except with prior coordination with its authorities, and that violating ships are subjected to targeting and detention.
