Iran Closes the Strait of Hormuz and Delivers Fiery Messages to America
Tehran – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Naval Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced today the closure of the Strait of Hormuz until further notice, affirming that no ship will be allowed to pass through the vital waterway until the end of what it described as “United States interventions” in the region.
The Naval Force vowed that it “will respond forcefully and will target new enemy bases” in the event of any new aggression, holding “countries that have placed their lands at the disposal of enemy bases” responsible for the consequences.
The Naval Forces stated in an official statement that they had previously “mentioned that foreign interventions and the designation of an illegal route for ship movement in the Strait of Hormuz would lead to our firm response.”
They added that “hours ago, these warnings were ignored, and at the instigation of foreigners, several ships attempted to move outside the approved route, ignoring our warnings and alerts regarding course correction and movement within the approved route.”
They affirmed that “necessarily, one of the ships, which had disabled its systems, thereby endangering maritime security, was subjected to warning fire and was stopped.”
The Iranian Navy clarified that “following this incident, first, due to this security breach resulting from illegal intervention by foreigners, the Strait of Hormuz will be temporarily closed, until further notice, and until the end of United States interventions in this area, and no ship will be allowed to pass.”
The Naval Forces vowed that “if the aggressor enemy, taking advantage of this incident which it itself caused, commits any mistake or commits a new violation against us, it will be responded to forcefully, and new enemy bases in the region will be targeted.”
It held “countries that have placed their lands at the disposal of enemy bases” responsible
