A New Crime in Taiz A Female Citizen Martyred and Her Husband Injured in Artillery Shelling by Saudi Factions on Salh District

A female citizen was martyred and her husband sustained severe wounds today, Tuesday, as a result of artillery targeting carried out by Saudi factions on residential neighborhoods in Taiz city.

A local source in the governorate reported that Saudi recruits fired a mortar shell towards citizens’ homes in the Al-Haljouj area of Al-Harir in the Salh district, leading to the martyrdom of the female citizen from her wounds due to falling shrapnel, and the injury of her husband with varying wounds, after which he was transferred to receive treatment.
The source denounced the direct and repeated targeting of villages and populated areas, affirming that the continuation of committing these crimes and violations against civilians is given cover by the suspicious international and UN silence, according to the source.
