Capturing Dozens of Soldiers Among Them Field Leaders on the Al Maqatirah Fronts

Exclusive — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Field sources revealed the capture by the Sana’a forces of dozens of soldiers, among them field leaders in the ranks of the Saudi-backed forces, during the confrontations witnessed by the fronts of Al-Maqatirah District in Lahj Governorate yesterday, in conjunction with the advance of the Sana’a forces and their control over strategic sites in the district.
The sources explained that the Sana’a forces carried out a wide and intensive attack from several axes and combat positions, in conjunction with carrying out flanking operations on the positions of the Saudi-backed forces, which led to the besieging of some military formations and the cutting of their movement lines, which pushed groups of them to surrender their positions and a large number of soldiers and field leaders fell into captivity.
These developments come in light of the accelerating collapses witnessed by the Al-Maqatirah fronts, where the Sana’a forces managed to control the Al-Maqatirah fortress, Naqil Al-Kurbah, and a number of heights and strategic sites, amid withdrawals of the Saudi-backed forces toward Tur Al-Baha and Aden.
