The Israeli occupation confirmed the unprecedented decline in air traffic. The Hebrew website “Walla” quoted officials from the Ministry of Transport confirming that Ben Gurion Airport lost about 75% of passenger traffic and about 65% of its air traffic.
The statistics indicated that travel traffic through the international and most important airport has declined over the past two days to only about 25%.
The announcement of this disastrous decline comes as international airlines continue to announce the suspension of their flights to and from “Ben Gurion” without specifying a date for return.
According to an Israeli statistic, the number of companies boycotting the occupation has reached about 19 international airlines.
In the last hours, Italian and Hungarian airlines announced the suspension of flights amid continued Yemeni attacks on the international airport in Tel Aviv.
In the latest statement by its military spokesman, the Yemeni forces renewed their advice to airlines to abide by the instructions to avoid targeting.
